6. Product Safety
Noventray products are hand tools and impact tools intended for the purposes described on each product page. Extraction and impact tools are used under high torque and can slip, bind, or fracture. Always wear ANSI-rated eye protection, use the correct drive size and a properly rated socket or wrench, keep hands and body clear of the working area, and never exceed the torque rating of the tool. Do not use damaged or worn tools. Keep tools out of the reach of children.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noventray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website, including injury, property damage, or loss resulting from improper or unsafe use or from failure to follow the safety practices described above.
